To mark Rare Disease Day 2021, we’re running a “Faces of CMT Photography Competition”. We’re looking for a photograph with a short description (less than 100 words) that represents “Challenges living with CMT and strategies to overcome them.”
This is an international competition open to everyone! Whether you’re living with, or alongside CMT, this is an opportunity to share your creativity.
Submissions will be published in a ‘Faces of CMT’ digital book. The winning photographs will be shared on our social media, and each of the top three winners per age group will receive a USD50 Amazon gift card.
Judges from CMT USA, HNF and ECMTF will select the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize entries based on the impact, alignment to the theme and creativity. The judges’ decision is final.
Criteria
- One photograph per entrant
- Short description – less than 100 words
- Black and white, and color images accepted
- Images sized under 8Mb and in .jpg or .png format
- Entrants to provide name, age, email and social media handles
