John Ramos

Branch Co-Leader Picture
John was raised in Chino, California and was an automotive mechanic and photographer for 30 years. CMT became a factor in his life in his 40's, with symptoms progressing further. In 2015, John was diagnosed with CMT2A after genetic testing. He met other CMTers for the first time after attending the 2016 Walk 4 CMT event organized by the Los Angeles branch. This was an eye-opening experience for him! Since then, he has helped the CMTA by photographing nearby events and branch rneetings. John's hobbies include photography, genealogy and camping. In his position as co-leader, John is looking forward to meeting new people, spreading awareness and learning more about CMT!
