Northern Alabama CMTA Branch Social | August 2025

Please join us (virtually) for the Northern Alabama CMTA Branch social on Tuesday, August 26th at 6:30 pm CST. During our meeting, the community will gather together and talk about Exercise and Movement for better Mobility. Julie Barnett, branch leader and fitness instructor, will about strength training, resistance training using body weight, bands, and other equipment. She include information on stretching – dynamic and static. This will be a great opportunity to socialize with other people with CMT. This will be a fun and educational meeting.
