Please join us (via Zoom) for the next meeting of the Edmonton, AB, Canada CMTA Branch on Saturday, December 2nd at 12:00 pm MST. We will gather virtually for an Ugly Christmas sweater party with guest Julie Stone, creator of CMTdefy. Julie will host a virtual exercise session with us while listening to Christmas classics to kick off a health start to a new 2024 ahead. This meeting is a wonderful opportunity to gather together. We hope you will join us for this fun meeting – all are welcome!
