The CMTA’s Camp Footprint is the only camp in the United States just for kids with CMT! It is an annual, FREE, six-day sleepaway camp for youth (ages 10-18) with CMT.
By investing in the CMTA’s Legacy Society, you can ensure that children with CMT will grow up with the hope of a world without CMT.
Seattle CMTA Branch Meeting (Virtual) with Jackie Piazza
Please join us for the next meeting (via Zoom) of the Seattle CMTA Branch on Saturday, July 10 at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time when we will welcome guest speaker Jacqueline Piazza. Jackie was diagnosed with CMT when she was 19. CMT was a huge disruption in Jackie’s life and caused her much fear and led to many poor decisions. Jackie found a way to understand and relate to her body with the power of meditation and mindfulness. Over the last 10 years, she has been meditating and has become a professional meditation/mindfulness instructor with advanced training in Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness. Meditation has changed her relationship with her body and her diagnosis. Jackie will be sharing her story as well as meditation and mindfulness practices. It will be an informative and interactive meeting. We hope you will join us – all are welcome!
To receive the Zoom link needed to join the virtual meeting, please RSVP to Branch Leader Denise Snow: denisesnow@comcast.net.
