Portland, Maine CMTA Branch Meeting (Virtual): Chair Yoga

Please join us for the next meeting (via Zoom) of the Portland, ME CMTA Branch on Tuesday, May 25 at 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time when we will welcome a special guest Kim Hughes who is a certified yoga instructor. She will lead us through a chair yoga session from the comfort of your home. This will be a fun and informative meeting.  We hope you will join us – all are welcome!
