Please join us for the next meeting (via Zoom) of the Northern Alabama CMTA Branch on Tuesday, November 16 at 6:30 p.m. Central Time when we will welcome guest speaker Julie Barnett. Julie is a member of the CMTA community and also a fitness instructor. She will share great information on fitness and staying active with CMT. We will also share updates from the CMTA.
