Chester County, PA CMTA Branch Meeting (Virtual) with Julie Barnett

Please join us for the next meeting (via Zoom) of the Chester County CMTA Branch on Saturday, September 11 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time when we will welcome guest speaker Julie Barnett who is a personal fitness trainer, has CMT and leads the CMTActive group on Facebook. During our branch meeting, Julie will lead us through exercises that can be done sitting or standing. We will also have plenty of time for Q and A at the end. This will be a fun and informative meeting. All are welcome – we hope you will join us!
