9th Annual Cycle 4 CMT
Date(s) - 08/28/2022
The Old Lantern Inn and Barn, 3260 Greenbush Road, Charlotte, VT
Cycle 4 CMT is a cycling/walking event to raise money to find a cure for individuals with CMT(Charcot-Marie-Tooth). CMT is a progressive neurological disease, resulting in muscle atrophy and paralysis. Due to peripheral nerve damage, people with CMT are unable to effectively use the hands, arms, feet, and legs. CMT can be debilitating and severely disabling. This year, we are hosting both In-Person and Virtual Events.
How to Participate
In-Person Event – Cycle, Walk or Party at the Old Lantern in Charlotte, VT on Sunday, August 28th, 2022. Our in-person event is unforgettable! After the morning’s activities, we throw an after-party to celebrate your success and fundraising efforts. There will be live music, delicious food, refreshing drinks, a silent auction and comradery. All monies raised will support the development of new drugs to treat CMT, to improve the quality of life for those with CMT and ultimately, to find a cure! This year our goal is to raise $400,000 for CMTA treatment-focused research under STAR (Strategy to Accelerate Research).
Go Virtual – Cycle or Walk anywhere, anytime, indoors or outdoors now through September 30, 2022. Cycle 4 CMT is a cycling, walking, rowing, swimming, rolling, horse riding or any other activity you love to do event. All the monies raised will support the development of new drugs to treat CMT, to improve the quality of life for those with CMT and ultimately, to find a cure! Help us keep research moving forward by registering and participating as an individual or a team.
