Stephanie was diagnosed with CMT 1A in 2023; however, she showed symptoms all of her life. Originally from metro Detroit, Stephanie now lives in the DFW area with her husband, Matt. She enjoys spinning class, Pilates, golf, and is a huge Michigan State fan (Go Green!). Instead of hiding her symptoms, Stephanie has embraced her diagnosis with the hopes of connecting with the CMT community in Dallas, as well as across the country. Meeting others with CMT has allowed her to find doctors and specialists who have made a massive impact on her quality of life.
